EDUARDO FACHA GARCÍA was born in Sevres, France on June 11, 1975. His practice focuses on banking, civil, commercial, corporate, securities and takeover litigation.

Mr. Facha began his career as an associate in Quijano, Cortina, López y de la Torre, Abogados, where he was directly involved in numerous high profile takeover disputes and high stakes banking and corporate litigation. During 2002 he worked as foreign associate in the capital markets practice area of Sidley, Austin, Brown & Wood (New York), before returning to Quijano in 2003.

Mr. Facha is a member of the Mexican Bar Association (Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados, A.C.) and of the New York State Bar Association.

In 1999 Mr. Facha received his Law degree cum laude from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). In 2001, he received his LL.M. (Banking, Finance and Corporate Law) degree cum laude from Fordham University, School of Law. In 2002, Mr. Facha was admitted to the New York Bar. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
