JUAN PABLO ESTRADA MICHEL was born in Mexico City on August 26, 1978. He specializes in civil and administrative litigation, particularly in connection with the areas of antitrust and telecommunications. His practice has also focused on litigation directly related to constitutional Law.

Mr. Estrada began his career as an associate in Quijano, Cortina, López y de la Torre, Abogados, where he worked in cases directly related to antitrust, telecommunications and constitutional Law.

In 2004, Mr. Estrada received his Law degree summa cum laude from Escuela Libre de Derecho (Mexico City), where he also obtained the Best Thesis Dissertation Award in 2003-2004. In 2006, he received his LL.M. degree Parker School Award for Achievement in International and Comparative Law from Columbia University, School of Law.

Mr. Estrada is professor of Legal Systems at Universidad Iberoamericana, since 2006 and professor of civil Law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho, since 2007. He is an active member of the Mexican Bar Association (Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados, A.C.). He is fluent in Spanish and English.
