Pablo Cervantes Trejo was born in Mexico City on June 24, 1981. He participates in corporate, banking, and financial litigation; in administrative litigation, particularly in areas of antitrust and telecommunications law; and, in international arbitration.

He received his Law degree in 2009, from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), class of 2001-2006, defending his thesis: El ejercicio de los derechos corporativos en el caso de la prenda sobre acciones de una sociedad anónima.

From 2003 to 2007 he began his career as a law clerk in Quijano, Cortina, López y de la Torre, Abogados, in Mexico City. Since its establishment in September de 2007, he joined the firm López Melih, González, Facha y Estrada, as an associate lawyer.
